Sponsorship and Donation Opportunities

The Williamstown Youth Center Basketball Committee is currently seeking sponsors for both our in house programming and our annual 3-on-3 youth tournament fundraiser. By sponsoring our league, you are helping to minimize programming costs for local families and raising community awareness of our programming. Here are some more specifics on each type of sponsorship:

Team Sponsor

This involves a $200 tax-deductible donation sponsoring one of our 8 in house teams, in return for which, Williamstown Youth Basketball will promote your business through...
  • Your sole sponsor name printed on the back of the team shirt.
  • Printing on our youth 3-on-3 tournament T-shirt with all sponsors.
  • Links to your business from our active website.
  • Any local press releases involving league team play.
  • Family appreciation: we will actively inform all players and parents regarding support from sponsors and encourage their appreciation of support.

General Donations

General donations, in any amount, from businesses and individuals, are welcome and will be used at the committee's discretion to defray costs of participation for players and families. In general, these monies would be put toward any athletic scholarships, equipment needs and tournament costs.

Specific Item Donations

Do you have a specific item you'd like to donate or a program you'd like to specifically donate monies toward? Here are some suggestions from our "wish list":
  • Balls ($30 each)
  • Ball racks ($60 each)
  • Tournament entry fees (approx. $150 per tournament per team)
  • Individual player in-house team scholarships ($40)
  • Individual player travel team scholarships ($100)
